Job Title: US IT Talent Acquisition

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment activities sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for IT roles.
  • Client Coordination: Liaise with US clients or internal departments to gather job requirements and understand organizational needs.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, databases, ATS, and Boolean searches) to attract top talent.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates and assist in debriefing processes.
  • Documentation: Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability for various non-IT roles.
  • Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for frequently hired roles.
  • Negotiation: Assist in salary negotiations and onboarding processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of US Recruitment experience, preferably with focus on Inhouse Hiring of IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of US employment hiring processes, and labor laws.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn and internal ATS.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, specially interacting with hiring managers and Stake Holders.
