Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Recruiter to drive the recruitment process and help meet our talent acquisition goals. The ideal candidate will develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will also be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, while maintaining a focus on key recruitment metrics and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and understand staffing needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment.
