Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Vadodara. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions across technical, operational, and corporate functions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, building talent pipelines, and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, support onboarding activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include proactive candidate outreach, managing recruitment platforms and networks, and delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess talent and support effective selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to promote the organization and attract high-quality applicants.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment within engineering, mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is beneficial.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using ATS/recruitment software, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
