Role: Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our growing People function. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to help us find and attract the right talent as we scale.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates across roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search
• Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to potential candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Draft job descriptions and post openings across platforms
• Support employer branding initiatives — content, campaigns, and engagement
• Assist in offer coordination and onboarding documentation
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring dashboards

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Naukri is a plus
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
