Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who can drive end-to-end recruitment for niche roles in the Analytics and Data Science domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean and X-ray searches, and experience leveraging AI-enabled recruitment tools. This role also demands strong stakeholder management and Recruitment SME expertise to guide hiring strategies and best practices.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from requisition to onboarding for mid-to-senior level roles in analytics and technology.
- Advanced Sourcing: Utilize Boolean strings, X-ray search, and AI-powered platforms to identify and engage top talent.
- Domain-Specific Hiring: Prior experience in hiring for analytics, data science, and technology roles is essential.
- Recruitment Strategy & SME Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in recruitment, advising stakeholders on market trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, ensuring alignment of role requirements and timelines.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor practices.
- Team Management: Experience in managing a small team of recruiters, including mentoring and performance oversight.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Proven track record in hiring for analytics and technology roles.
- Recruitment SME expertise with ability to influence and guide hiring decisions.
Preferred Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the data analytics or technology sector.
