Job Summary
MatchLab Talent is looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage the complete hiring lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality talent across roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/managerial interviews
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Handle offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ATS and job portals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site recruitment environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agency or consulting recruitment
- Hiring experience across multiple roles or industries
