About Us:

MantraCare and Eye Mantra Hospital are leading names in healthcare and wellness services. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Head / Team Leader to lead our recruitment efforts across both organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles across MantraCare and Eye Mantra Hospital.

Coordinate with department heads and concerned stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.

Lead, guide, and mentor a team of 78 HR Recruiters to ensure effective hiring.

Allocate and monitor individual as well as team recruitment targets and ensure timely achievement.

Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.

Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination.

Track and share hiring metrics, performance reports, and recruitment outcomes with management.

Maintain high standards of candidate experience and employer branding.

Requirements:

Proven experience (35 years) in recruitment / talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team-handling role.

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring processes.

Experience working in healthcare, wellness, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Ability to meet target-based recruitment goals (individual + team).

Excellent communication, people management, and coordination skills.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: 45,000 60,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).

Work Schedule: 6 days working (MondaySaturday), 9:00 AM 6:00 PM.

Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off.
