As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in building Levi Strauss & Co.s growing Global Talent Hub in India. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, partner closely with business and HR leaders, and create engaging candidate experiences while helping us hire diverse, high-impact talent for digital, technology, and business teams.

About The Job

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across our Global Talent Hub in India, from intake to offer close
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs, shape role briefs, and influence talent decisions
• Build proactive and diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, referrals, social channels, and market mapping
• Create a positive, transparent candidate experience through timely communication, thoughtful assessment, and strong process ownership
• Use data, market insights, and recruiting metrics to track progress, improve funnel health, and deliver against hiring goals
• Negotiate and close competitive offers while balancing candidate expectations, business priorities, and internal equity
• Collaborate across India and global teams, including agency partners where needed, to move hiring forward with speed and quality
  
  

About You

• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally supporting technology, digital, e-commerce, IT, or retail roles
• Strong sourcing capability with a proven ability to engage passive talent and build quality pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and data-led recruiting practices
• Ability to partner confidently with hiring managers, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple searches in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication, assessment, negotiation, and candidate management skills
• A self-starter and go-getter who brings ownership, curiosity, resilience, pace, and a bias for action
• Passion for apparel, fashion, lifestyle, consumer brands, and the role talent plays in shaping business growth
