Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Navi Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and create effective job postings. The specialist will build and maintain talent pipelines, leverage multiple channels for candidate outreach, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The position also includes supporting employer branding initiatives, participating in events or campaigns to promote Kenzo Fitness as an employer of choice, and maintaining accurate recruitment data and metrics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing roles from requisition to offer.
- Strong Interviewing skills, including behavioral and competency-based techniques.
- Experience with Hiring processes, including coordinating stakeholders, conducting reference checks, and supporting offer negotiations.
- Understanding of Employer Branding, with the ability to represent the organization across online platforms and in-person events.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience recruiting for fitness, hospitality, or service-oriented roles is an advantage.
