The ideal candidate must have the below :-

• 3+ years of dedicated technical recruiting experience within a fast-paced product, startup, or scale-up ecosystem.
• Comfortable discussing modern software Testing lifecycles,
• Mastery of complex Boolean strings and alternative sourcing strategies.
• Experience managing and optimizing modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Zoho etc.
• The ability to influence hiring managers, manage expectations, and empathetically close tough candidate offers.
