Talent Acquisition Specialist | IT & Leadership Hiring ( 0 to 15 Days Joiners only)
Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our Clients with strong experience in IT hiring, Leadership hiring and Bulk hiring.
Experience: 4–8 years
Location: Noida (Prefer candidate's location to be Noida/Delhi NCR)
Compensation: Up to 8 LPA, depending on current CTC and experience
Working Model: Initially 5 days WFO + 6-day working as required based on hiring volumes. Once volumes stabilize, the role will move to hybrid / 5-day working, with flexibility to work Saturdays on a need basis.
Key Requirements:
- 4–8 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong experience in IT and Leadership hiring
- Proven experience managing bulk/high-volume hiring
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with Tier-1/Tier-2 organizations preferred (IT Consulting/Big4/Data Engineering/AI companies only)
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and hiring targets independently
- Strong communication and candidate management skills
