Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand US IT & Non-IT Recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases, and other channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
• Understand US staffing terminology, recruitment practices, and hiring processes.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Work towards individual and team recruitment targets.
• Continuously improve sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
