About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal hiring team. The

ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a consultancy/staffing environment

and will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for internal roles across functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for internal positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding
• Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and hiring managers

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Prior experience in a consultancy or staffing firm is mandatory
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Comfortable working in 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM shift
• Willing to work from Thane location

Preferred Skills

• Experience in internal hiring for corporate roles
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
