Talent Acquisition Specialist, India

Role Overview

A leading multinational organization is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across India. This role will focus on executing end-to-end hiring activities, ensuring timely closure of roles with quality talent while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
• Work closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Drive active sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure timely candidate communication and coordination throughout the hiring process
• Maintain high standards of candidate experience and engagement
• Track and update all hiring activities in the ATS (Workday or similar systems)
• Support offer rollout and follow-ups to ensure successful closures
• Ensure process compliance and accurate documentation across all recruitment activities
• Provide basic market insights on talent availability and salary expectations

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Preferred: Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Strong experience in end-to-end hiring execution
• Exposure to direct sourcing and coordination-heavy roles
• Experience working in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Good understanding of India talent market
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with speed and accuracy
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
