Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates on communication, experience and role fit.
• Coordinate and align interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
