In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and interviewing to onboarding new hires. Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, portfolios, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidates through the entire hiring process, ensuring a great experience.
• Build a pipeline of qualified talent for future business needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or a similar role.
• Strong sourcing skills using professional networks and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great time management with the ability to handle multiple open roles at once.
