You will be joining a positive, passionate, and highly productive TA team that is focused on meeting the talent needs of the business and maintaining our positive, high-performing and award-winning culture.
Your Role
- Own the full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles including revenue cycle management (medical billing), software support, and general administrative and shared services.
- Partner with your assigned hiring leaders, TA team, and key stakeholders to understand the talent needs of the business
- Structure and manage a hiring and interview process to source, engage, assess, and ultimately hire top talent while delivering exceptional hiring team and candidate experiences
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other internet/social media recruiting techniques to attract and source top talent
- Become an expert-level user of our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.
- Partner with key People Team team members to understand business needs, and workforce planning strategies.
- Ensure a strong candidate pipeline for your roles by sourcing both active and passive candidates
- Work with hiring teams and talent coordinators to ensure a great interviewing experience for every candidate - regardless if they are selected for the role
- Help champion and contribute to a best in class recruiting practice across the organization
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Working hours 12:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m IST
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- 3+ years of professional talent acquisition experience ideally with a revenue cycle management (medical billing) based roles.
- Well versed with LinkedIN Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools
- Highly organized, self-starter, with strong time management skills
- Exceptional listener and collaborator with a demonstrated ability to create positive working relationships
- Strong customer orientation with an ability and drive to provide best in class hiring team and candidate experiences
- Must be tech savvy; G-Suite, Mac and Greenhouse ATS experience a strong plus
