Job Purpose:
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, your role will be to partner with business and HRBP to understand their hiring
needs, timely deliver and ensure onboarding on talent in cost effective way
The person will be formulating a hiring strategy for functions keeping TA Metrics and ensuring and enabling
team to adhere to TA processes in place.
Key Responsibility
Strategize for timely closure of position for Business,
including leadership & critical roles as per business
priorities.
Execute Talent Acquisition budget as per plan to maintain
cost-effectiveness.
Build recruitment strategy to become future-ready org.
TA Process improvement.
Stakeholder Management
Focus on innovative ways of hiring and increasing Diversity
in organisation.
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Business Acumen, Latest technology in
business, Cost Planning, Innovative ways of
sourcing, Vendor Management, Latest
Market Trend, Candidate Management,
Good experience on ATS (SF).
