We are looking for: Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure job descriptions are up to date.
Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and new hire orientation.
Support recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
24 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools/ATS.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
