Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Kalyan. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles. They will also contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's appeal to potential employees. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting
- Experience with Interviewing techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of Employer Branding to attract top talent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
