About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for recruiters who enjoy working independently, handling multiple requirements, and using modern sourcing channels and recruitment technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
• Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Conduct candidate follow-ups and manage offer negotiations.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness and closures.
• Build talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Use ATS, recruitment platforms and AI-based sourcing tools effectively.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions independently.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
