RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Talent Sourcing Using job boards, social media, networking, and database to find candidates.
- Screening of applications, conducting initial phone/video interviews and assessing skills.
- Working with managers to understand needs, write job descriptions, and present qualified candidates.
- Scheduling interviews, administering assessments, conducting background checks.
- Assisting with orientation process.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records(ATS) and recruitment activity.
- Developing plans to attract talent, attending job fairs and building university relations.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- MBA(HR) with minimum 1 year experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command over English.
- Strong computer Proficiency.
