We're looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment, source top talent, and support our rapid growth.
What You'll Do
- Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring process for diverse client roles across various industries.
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, AI-powered sourcing tools, and professional networks to build strong talent pipelines.
- Candidate Engagement: Deliver an engaging candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with account managers and hiring leaders to understand specific role requirements, skill profiles, and delivery timelines.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct initial screening calls, evaluate candidate qualifications, and present curated shortlists to stakeholders.
- Market Insights: Keep up-to-date with industry talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovative sourcing methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 0–2 years of proven talent acquisition or agency recruiting experience (staffing agency or fast-paced recruitment background preferred).
- Sourcing Skills: Expertise using advanced search techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social sourcing) to find passive talent.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage talent and represent the Halcer brand effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with ATS systems, CRM platforms, and modern AI-driven recruiting platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple active roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
