Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kochi for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top candidates for healthcare clients. Responsibilities include developing and promoting employer branding initiatives, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and facilitating smooth onboarding processes. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring talent acquisition aligns with organizational goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting processes
• Proficiency in conducting Interviews and effective candidate assessment
• Skills in developing and implementing Employer Branding initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and align recruitment practices with organizational objectives
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage
• Relevant experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
