Role Overview
We are hiring a Contract Recruiter specializing in GenAI / AI hiring to support critical and niche hiring requirements across our AI initiatives. This role will focus on building strong talent pipelines and closing positions in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for GenAI, AI/ML, and Data roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project needs
- Build sourcing strategies for niche skill sets like:
- LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning
- NLP, Deep Learning, AI Engineering
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures for critical roles
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, hiring progress, and market insights
- Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 to 8 years of IT recruiting experience, with hands-on GenAI/AI hiring exposure
- Understanding of:
- AI/ML concepts and technologies
- Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong sourcing expertise (Boolean, X-ray, passive hiring)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand hiring environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience hiring for AI-driven products or digital transformation projects
- Exposure to global hiring (US/India markets)
- Experience hiring AI Architects / AI Engineers / Data Scientists
