About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. This role offers hands on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and an opportunity to understand how talent acquisition functions in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial screening calls and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Support candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment trackers, and reports in Excel.
- Provide support for other HR and recruitment related tasks as required.
Skills Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Work Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday, Sunday week off (fixed)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Work Mode: Onsite
Compensation: Salary/Stipend will be based on your last CTC and overall interview performance.
