About the Opportunity We're AVU Business Solutions — we build ERP systems for India's manufacturing, garment, and textile industries. We're growing fast and need a recruitment partner — freelancer or agency — who can help us source and close the right candidates across our open roles.

This is not an in-house position. We're looking for an external partner to work with us on a per-hire or retainer basis.

What We Need Help With

• Sourcing quality candidates across 6 open roles
• Screening for both technical fit and startup culture alignment
• Managing candidate pipelines and coordinating interviews
• Closing offers efficiently with minimal back and forth

Delivery Team

What We're Looking For in a Partner

• Experience recruiting for software, ERP, or enterprise tech companies
• Ability to assess technical candidates — not just match keywords to JDs
• Fast, responsive, and communicates clearly
• Understands startup hiring — culture fit matters as much as skills
