About The Role

We are seeking a highly research-driven Leadership Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in anchoring our global talent sourcing efforts for senior and leadership roles across multiple functions, including Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, and Operations. As a pure sourcing position with a strong headhunting mandate, you will be responsible for market intelligence, talent mapping, and initial engagement with senior leaders across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive search, with a focus on passive candidate engagement and market research. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, research, and influence, directly impacting our clients leadership pipelines and organizational growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of experience in executive search or leadership sourcing, with a preference for those with a pure sourcing focus. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to identify and engage senior functional leaders through primary sourcing and outreach. Deep expertise in market mapping, Boolean search techniques, and talent research methodologies is essential. Strong understanding of global talent dynamics and leadership hiring practices is required, along with excellent communication skills to confidently engage passive candidates. A high level of ownership, curiosity, and a research-first mindset are critical qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive headhunting efforts for senior and leadership talent globally, utilizing market intelligence and targeted outreach strategies.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through insight-led, personalized outreach to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Partner with recruiters and internal stakeholders to define search strategies, identify target talent pools, and align sourcing efforts with organizational needs.
  • Manage the first interaction with leadership candidates, establishing credibility, building interest, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Continuously build, maintain, and refine high-quality leadership and senior talent pipelines to meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping to stay ahead of industry trends and talent movements across regions.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media, and other innovative tools to identify top-tier candidates.
  • Maintain detailed candidate tracking and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment with project timelines.
