We are looking for a recruitment-driven HR professional who can independently source, manage, and close IT/Technology positions while supporting essential HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, a good understanding of IT hiring requirements, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to deliver recruitment outcomes within defined timelines.
This is not a recruitment coordination or generalist-heavy role. The primary focus is hands-on talent acquisition, candidate pipeline development, and successful closure of open positions, with HR operations forming a smaller, supporting part of the role.
