The founders (Sudha Gogineni and Veda Gogineni) are graduates from IIT Kharagpur and ISB with a multitude of experience across multinational companies & startups, such as Uber, Meesho, Deutsche Bank, ITC.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage our recruitment funnel efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, a passion for finding and attracting top talent, and the ability to foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Location: Full-time, On-site, Mumbai Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Identify staffing needs and create effective job descriptions and recruiting strategies.
• Build a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stay updated with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to enhance hiring efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth startup.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (Linkedin, Naukri, Behance, etc)
• High ownership & identification of ideal persona of candidates in sourcing
