Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist Volume Hiring to join our growing team. This role is focused on recruiting a high volume of candidates across multiple positions, ensuring a streamlined, efficient, and positive hiring experience. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing large-scale recruitment efforts, sourcing diverse talent, and working closely with hiring managers to meet business staffing needs in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Volume Recruitment & Sourcing:
  • Source and recruit large volumes of candidates for multiple job roles, including entry-level to mid-level positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals, to attract diverse talent.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  1. Screening & Interviewing:
  • Conduct high-volume initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Organize and facilitate group interviews, virtual interviews, and assessment centers to ensure a smooth and efficient selection process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the appropriate candidate profiles are being identified for each role.
  1. Candidate Engagement & Communication:
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience, answering questions about the company, role, and interview process.
  • Manage candidate expectations and follow up regularly to ensure progress through the hiring stages.
  1. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, departmental needs, and hiring timelines.
  • Provide guidance on hiring strategies, recruitment trends, and best practices to ensure hiring goals are met.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback loops between candidates and hiring managers.
  1. Onboarding & Integration:
  • Ensure a seamless handover of selected candidates to the onboarding team.
  • Coordinate the necessary paperwork and pre-employment activities for new hires.
  • Work with HR to support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  1. Data Management & Reporting:
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
  • Use data and analytics to continuously improve the hiring process and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  1. Employer Branding:
  • Promote the company's employer brand through effective communication of our mission, values, and culture.
  • Assist in creating job advertisements and recruitment campaigns that highlight the company's benefits and work environment.
  1. Process Improvement & Automation:
  • Identify areas to improve the recruitment process for better efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement or optimize recruitment tools and technologies, including automation software, to improve candidate sourcing and tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in industries such as Fintech, BPO.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a large number of positions simultaneously.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high volumes of candidates and open roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies to meet recruitment goals.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and deadlines.
