Job Description

Hiring at DIRTS: A Talent Acquisition Specialist who actually knows D2C.

Not open to learning the space. Not has done some e-commerce. Someone who genuinely lives inside India's D2C world and gets why hiring here is different.

About DIRTS

DIRTS is a fast-growing D2C wellness and lifestyle brand building innovative, non-invasive products like Foot Alignment Socks, Barefoot Socks, TENS massagers, and more.

We're looking for a full-time recruiter to own our non-tech hiring end-to-end — performance marketers, brand managers, ops, CX, content, supply chain. The roles that quietly decide whether a consumer brand grows or stalls.

Why we're being this specific:

D2C hiring isn't the same as IT or BPO hiring. The talent pool is smaller, the signals are different, and a great brand manager at a 3-year-old D2C company looks nothing like a great brand manager at a 50-year-old FMCG. We've learnt this the hard way, which is why we'd rather wait for the right person than rush.

What we're looking for:

  • You've actually placed candidates at D2C or e-commerce brands and can talk about those closures in detail.
  • You can read between the lines on a marketing CV,you know the difference between someone who's run Meta ads and someone who's only sat in review meetings about them.
  • You're comfortable across non-tech roles: marketing, brand, ops, supply chain, content, CX, finance.
  • You enjoy the full sourcing-to-closing journey, not just the sourcing part.
  • You're based in Noida (or willing to relocate / commute to our Noida office).

The role:

  • Full-time, work from our Noida office
  • Owning the full funnel: JD → sourcing → screening → closing → joining
  • Building a real pipeline beyond job-board keyword searches
  • Working closely with the founder and core team small team at DIRTS, lots of ownership

On compensation (being upfront so we don't waste each other's time):

The role is budgeted at ₹30,000/month. For someone exceptional meaning a track record of closing senior non-tech roles at well-known D2C brands we can stretch to ₹50,000.

Performance-linked closure bonuses on top of base.

If your expectations are higher than that, we completely understand, and we'd rather you skip this one and find a role that values you fairly.

Probably not the right fit if:

D2C / e-commerce isn't where you've actively been recruiting.

You're more comfortable forwarding profiles than building a pipeline.

You're representing an agency rather than yourself.
