And now we're looking for someone who can help us hire the storytellers, designers, growth hackers, and culture builders who will scale this movement.

• Have hired designers, copywriters, performance marketers, social media managers, video editors, brand strategists
• Have worked in creative or digital-first environments (like agencies similar to Schbang)
• Understand portfolios better than resumes
• Know how to spot a strong Instagram aesthetic or brand voice instantly
• Enjoy building teams from scratch in high-growth environments

What You'll Do

This is not a post job & wait recruiter role.

You will:

• Own end-to-end hiring across creative, growth, brand & startup roles
• Partner directly with founders to define ideal candidate personas
• Source creatively (LinkedIn, Behance, Instagram, Dribbble, referrals, communities)
• Evaluate portfolios, storytelling ability & cultural alignment
• Build a strong employer brand for Earthful
• Create a candidate experience that reflects our brand

You won't just fill roles.

You'll build the team that builds Earthful.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency/startup preferred)
• Experience hiring for creative or marketing roles
• Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, Naukri, Behance, etc.)
• Ability to assess creative quality & cultural fit
• High ownership mindset
• Comfortable working directly with founders
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments

Location - Full-time, On-site Mumbai Office
