Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems to efficiently manage and streamline the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Expertise in Boolean Search Techniques to simplify and enhance the search for suitable candidates.
• Skilled in Interviewing Techniques to accurately assess candidates qualifications and fit for roles.
• General experience in Recruitment, enabling effective planning and execution of hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Find and assess top talent using various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, and AI tools.
