What You'll Do
- Lead Recruitment Across Teams: Own end-to-end hiring for both tech and content roles. From understanding role requirements to closing candidates, you'll drive the entire process.
- Be a Strategic Hiring Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to plan talent needs and create agile hiring strategies that scale with business goals.
- Build & Nurture Talent Pipelines: Source smartly, engage consistently, and hire efficiently. You'll manage talent pipelines and ensure we're always ahead of our hiring targets.
- Deliver Seamless Candidate Experiences: Take charge of the full recruitment lifecycle screening, coordinating interviews, rolling out offers, and onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional candidate journey throughout.
- Bring the Startup Mindset: In a rapidly evolving setup like ours, flexibility and hustle matter. You'll wear multiple hats, solve problems on the go, and bring energy to everything you do.
What We're Looking For
- 23 years of experience in recruitment (startup experience is a strong plus)
- Proven track record of hiring across roles, especially in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- A sense of ownership and bias for action - you're a self-starter who loves to close positions, not just manage them
- Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and hiring trends
- Passion for people and a genuine interest in helping talent grow
