Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across consulting, risk advisory, technology, and corporate functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and experience hiring mid-level professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer rollout)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networking
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical/business rounds
• Maintain strong candidate experience and engagement
• Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer acceptance ratio, pipeline health)
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives
• Work on employer branding and campus hiring (if required)
• Maintain ATS and recruitment dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• experience in corporate hiring / consulting hiring / Big 4 hiring
• Experience hiring for:
• Risk & Compliance
• Internal Audit
• IT Audit
• Technology Consulting
• Data & Analytics (good to have)
• Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search expertise)
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced consulting environment preferred
