Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Job Summary:

The TA Associate works closely with Talent Acquisition Leads and hiring managers across Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to support high-impact hiring and deliver a great candidate experience. This role focuses on executing end-to-end recruitment, building pipelines, and ensuring smooth coordination across the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support hiring managers and TA Leads in executing structured hiring plans across Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics roles
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Source top talent from the industry
• Conduct competency-based screening interviews to assess skills, problem-solving ability, and cultural fit
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain accurate records on ATS and support reporting on hiring metrics
• Contribute to diversity hiring by building inclusive pipelines
• Stay updated on talent trends and share relevant market insights with the team

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in tech hiring
• Hands-on experience sourcing for Product, Engineering, Design, or Analytics roles
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
