Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) – Work From Office
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working
• Mon–Fri: Work From Office
• Saturday: Work From Home
Experience: 1–3 Years
CTC: 3 - 5 LPA (based on interview)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in bulk and volume hiring to support rapid business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of frontline, customer-facing, operations, sales, support, and healthcare-related roles while ensuring quality, speed, and a superior candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring requirements across multiple functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, vendor partnerships, and recruitment drives.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on business requirements and competency fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
Bulk Hiring Operations
- Execute hiring campaigns, walk-in drives, campus drives, and virtual recruitment events.
- Handle large hiring volumes while meeting turnaround time (TAT) and hiring targets.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular hiring updates, reports, and recruitment analytics.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1- 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant exposure to bulk or volume hiring.
- Experience hiring for sales, customer support, operations, healthcare, wellness, or startup environments is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
