Job Description


We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The role involves identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding of qualified candidates who align with the institution's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop role-specific job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and campus hiring.
  • Coordinate and conduct telephonic, online, and face-to-face interviews along with panel members.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment trackers, and reports.
  • Manage offer negotiations, reference checks, and documentation for selected candidates.
  • Support in onboarding, induction programs, and orientation sessions.
  • Develop and promote the organisation's employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with compliance, diversity, and equal opportunity policies.

Stay updated with market trends, recruitment tools, and best practices in the education and sports industry hiring.

Requirements
  • Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (mandatory).
  • Master's in HR/MBA – preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in education, sports, or service sectors.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
