eAt Bhanzu, we are scaling rapidly to revolutionize math learning. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growth engine. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding high-performing sales professionals who will drive our mission forward. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires a hunter mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboardin
- g.Volume Hiring: Consistently meet weekly and monthly joining targets for various Sales roles (BDEs, Academic Counselors, etc.)
- Sourcing Strategy: Use a mix of portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and employee referrals to maintain a healthy pipeline
- Quality Screening: Conduct rigorous telephonic interviews to assess candidates on communication, sales aptitude, and cultural fit
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Sales Heads and Managers to understand hiring spikes and team requirements.
- Database Management: Maintain an organized applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide daily reports on hiring funnels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 13 years in recruitment. Experience in Sales Hiring or Volume Hiring is a must
- EdTech Background: Previous experience in an EdTech or high-growth startup environment is highly preferred
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Resilience: Ability to handle high-pressure targets and a never-give-up attitude toward daily calling and scheduling
- Speed: Ability to move candidates through the funnel quickly without compromising on quality.
