Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive – FMCG Sales

Department: Human Resources

Job Location: AP or Telangana

Target Markets: AP and Telangana

About the Role

Execute high-volume frontline sales hiring (General Trade, Modern Trade, and Distributor Sales) stationed out of any of our stores in AP or Telangana. Ensure zero-vacancy territories across market by sourcing field talent capable of driving immediate FMCG business revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Market-Specific Sourcing
  • Map distributor networks of competitor FMCG brands across AP and Telangana.
  • Headhunt active field talent directly from wholesale markets and retail beats.
  • Build local candidate pipelines using WhatsApp networks and regional job groups.
  • Source candidates with established relationships among local stockists and grocers.
  • Screening & Selection
  • Evaluate candidates on route-planning skills and territory knowledge.
  • Assess language proficiency in Telegu and local dialects for market fit.
  • Screen for candidates comfortable with extensive travel in rural areas and tough terrains.
  • Conduct quick informal reference checks with local distributor hubs.
  • Process Execution
  • Coordinate field interviews with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) in AP and Telangana.
  • Manage rapid offer roll-outs to minimize competitor counter-offers.
  • Track daily recruitment funnels from sourcing to field deployment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of core experience in FMCG field sales hiring.
  • Geographic Knowledge: Deep understanding of the AP and Telangana talent landscape.
  • Network: Existing database of FMCG sales professionals (SRs, SOs, Merchandisers) in the south region.
  • Execution: High speed of execution to manage high-volume frontline attrition.

Required Skills

Experience: 1 to 3 years of core experience in FMCG field sales hiring.

Preferred Skills

Geographic Knowledge: Deep understanding of the AP and Telangana talent landscape.

Network: Existing database of FMCG sales professionals (SRs, SOs, Merchandisers) in the south region.

Execution: High speed of execution to manage high-volume frontline attrition.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: Up to 3 Lakhs Per Annum
