Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Mumbai. The Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, conducting interviews, successful onboarding & induction and creating innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent to support our growth and expansion efforts.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Employer Branding skills
- Interviewing and Recruiting experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience in the health or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
