JOB PURPOSE
The Specialist – Talent Acquisition will independently lead end‑to‑end recruitment for complex, niche, and high‑impact roles across corporate functions and manufacturing units. The role goes beyond transactional hiring to include talent market advisory, digital and process improvements, diversity hiring initiatives, and change support—ensuring superior candidate and stakeholder experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently manage end‑to‑end hiring for business functions like - support functions, manufacturing units, and business verticals like Consumer Products, and Lighting Solutions
- Drive closure of niche, critical, and hard‑to‑fill roles within defined TATs through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
- Use data‑driven sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Naukri, IIM Jobs, referrals, consultants, and direct market research.
- Operate multiple talent sourcing tools including internal job posting, employee referral programs, company webpage, recruitment portals, campus placements and recruitment consultants.
- Interface with different functions to clarify position-specific job description and specifications based on market trends.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HRBP on hiring role requirements, align expectations, and ensure timely decision‑making.
- Actively contribute to recruitment digitalization initiatives such as ATS optimization, interview process enhancements, and data reporting
- Support and drive continuous improvement of TA processes to improve speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience
- Provide compensation & benefits related inputs based on candidate expectations and market trends.
- Conduct reference checks, collect relevant documents, and facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Offer suggestions to improve recruitment and onboarding related policies, dependencies, processes and systems, in order to deliver superior candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Ensure smooth & enriching employee onboarding experience.
- Support and execute diversity hiring initiatives with focus on gender diversity and inclusive talent practices
- Stay updated on talent market trends, sourcing innovations, and best practices.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role
- Mandatory experience in niche / specialized hiring.
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, consumer, or multi‑business organizations preferred.
