Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and sourcing qualified candidates. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing hiring strategies, conducting screening and evaluation of applicants, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role contributes to employer branding initiatives and enhances talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting strategies
• Strong expertise in interviewing candidates and evaluating their qualifications
• Experience with Employer Branding to attract top talent
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in IT or tech-focused recruitment is a plus
