-Should be able to manage hiring across levels for Global academic and non-academic roles, especially Expat hiring for across locations (SE Asia, Japan, UAE, India).
-Strong Global stakeholder management experience dealing with the senior/leadership teams to understand the hiring requirement & sourcing the best talent for Leadership positions.
-Well-versed with hiring channels like as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and vendors.
- Supporting the Corporate Office in the hiring process.
- Should have 10+ years of experience in recruitment. Specifically, 4+yrs exp in Leadership hiring.
-Resourceful, Multitasking and Strong Interactive Skills are required.
