About the Company: Karo Sambhav is a leading Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) dedicated to building a circular economy in India. We partner with producers to develop and implement robust take-back systems for e-waste, battery waste, and plastic waste, driving sustainable practices and creating significant environmental and social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience for all roles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with Karo Sambhav.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment insights.
- Maintain and update candidate data accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
Experience and Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment, preferably within an environmental or social impact-driven organization.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates across diverse skill sets and seniority levels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays as working days.
