Job Summary

All India Occult Science is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified professionals across academic, administrative, research, and spiritual/occult domains, while ensuring alignment with the organization's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, Screening interviewing, and onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements for various roles IT and Non IT roles
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role-specific criteria
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with Senior HR and other concerned Managers.
• Conduct HR interviews and initial assessments
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers daily (Mandatory)
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Required Skills & Competencies Core Recruitment Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
• Sourcing strategies (job portals, referrals, social media, networking)
• Resume screening & candidate evaluation
• Interviewing & assessment techniques
• Offer negotiation & closing

Organizational & Analytical Skills

• Time management and multitasking
• Attention to detail
• Data tracking and reporting
• Problem-solving and decision-making

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
