Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - AI & Product Engineering

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

What You'll Do:

• End-to-End Ownership: Take complete ownership of the full hiring lifecycle — from requirement gathering with stakeholders, proactive sourcing, L1 technical prescreening, interviews, offer negotiation, to successful onboarding.
• High-Quality AI Talent Sourcing & Screening: Focus on identifying and attracting top-tier GenAI, AI Python, Full Stack (with strong AI focus), and related talent. Prioritize quality over quantity — submit only thoroughly vetted, high-caliber profiles.
• L1 Technical Prescreening: Conduct initial technical assessments and screening interviews. You must understand AI concepts deeply, speak the AI language fluently, and evaluate candidates on Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, cloud-native AI deployment (Kubernetes, Docker), and real-world problem-solving.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with AI Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams to understand nuanced hiring needs, refine job specifications, and ensure rapid delivery of candidates who can immediately contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional, transparent, and engaging recruitment journey that reflects Techolution's values of innovation, meritocracy, and high performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• AI Recruitment Expertise: 1–3 years of hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience with a strong focus on AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, and Python engineering roles. Candidates with proven success hiring for AI/ML/GenAI positions is highly required.
• Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of AI concepts and terminology. Ability to conduct meaningful L1 technical prescreening interviews and evaluate candidate depth in Generative AI, LLMs, Python, deep learning frameworks, and modern AI deployment tools.
• Sourcing Mastery: Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, AI/ML communities, and other niche tech platforms for discovering passive top 1% talent.
• Communication & Influence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage passive senior engineers, build strong relationships, and collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders.
• Ownership & Agility: High-energy, extreme ownership mindset. Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, tight-deadline, innovation-driven environment where you manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
• Data-Driven Approach: Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize funnels, improve quality of submissions, and drive efficiency.
