Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Gurugram.

This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including understanding hiring needs, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Requirement:

• Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
• Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing, with strong skills in assessing candidate fit and role alignment.
• Exposure to Employer Branding initiatives, with the capability to represent the organization professionally to potential candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and basic MS Office; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 5 to 9 yrs

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus.

Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR in a consultancy or corporate environment is preferred.

Salary: 45k to 65k in hand
