What The Role Involves
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday Recruiting processes
- Managing business process administration, reporting, security, and integrations
- Driving process optimization and automation initiatives
- Partnering with COEs, GPOs, and P&O Operations teams globally
- Supporting process design, system enhancements, and issue resolution
- Ensuring standardization and continuous improvement across recruiting operations
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of HR Systems/ HRIS/ Recruiting Systems experience
- 2+ years of Workday business process configuration and reporting experience
- Strong understanding of recruiting technologies and user-centric HR solutions
- Ability to work in a dynamic, transformation-driven environment
